"What ever money you think you are saving it is not enough. So let’s start at the beginning 8+ years ago from day one my name was misspelled after repeated calls I could not get them to fix it. Looking back I should have taken that as a sign. Eventually I needed to use the insurance for a hail storm on my house. Thank god I never needed an auto claim during that time as I am sure it would be just as bad. Anyway half of all the houses in my subdivision got damaged from a hail storm and needed new roofs including the house on both sides of me and in back of me. My roof was damaged just like everyone else but State Farm told me I had faulty shingles and would not cover the roof. After dealing with many different roofers I put together only the houses with State Farm in the subdivision did not get new roofs including mine. As soon as the roofer found out I had State Farm they would loose interest in working for me and make some sort of oh you have snake farm for insurance.lol. And never call me back. It took me 5 years. Yes five years to finally get my roof replace after I found a roofer that was up for the task of dealing with these people. You always get a phone call on your birthday from State Farm so it gives you the feeling that the care. Don’t fall for it because they don’t. Now that the final check has cleared the bank for my repairs I will be finding new insurance."

"For hail damage State Farm don't have an actual person coming to take a look at your vehicle to get an estimate it is all done over (FT) which makes me upset because how is that accurate. How is someone over video call going to determine with accuracy of the damage in my vehicle. I pay so much for insurance and I can’t have an actual person come out. & they wont take the estimate loss that was given to me by a trusted body shop where my car was bought from (an actual dealership) because they always want to low ball you and be cheap and not pay! I hate state farm so much!!!"

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. The communication sucks, they won't tell you when your policy has canceled and when you try to reactivate your policy they will charge you 3x as much claiming its your fault because you're "uninsured". They are also very sensitive to negative reviews which shows the maturity level of the folks employed by Gene Watada State Farm. "Zero Stars" Update: Thanks for your response Gene, never recieved an email or phone call from your office. If I had I would have taken the appropriate action. It is also very unprofessional to be discussing clients information about their accounts on a public forum."
"Thank you, James, for taking the time to share your experience. Your policy recently lapsed again for non-payment after you did not respond to our courtesy call and follow-up email in June 2024. State Farm sent multiple notices to you through the mail at the address on your account and/or via your email address. My team did provide you an auto quote with rating information & the fact that you had been driving with no valid auto insurance since June 2024. I am sorry James that my Agency did not meet your needs or expectations. My Team and I are committed to doing the right thing for all our policyholders. "

"Best Customer Service!! Gene has been my State Farm agent for over 40 years. Both Gene and Kathy have been Very Helpful, Very Professional and Very Efficient. If you need Help on insurance, Please give them a call. Thank you Gene and Kathy for all the help you have given me all those years. Update: With the hail storm in May, I needed to go to Gene and Kathy for help. They were both very helpful and efficient. Kathy helped me in getting the claim started. Thank you Gene. "Office is always closed is hard to set up and appointments, and my billing for my car didn't show on my app only my house billing, I had to call the head office for help because I couldn't get in touch with this people, I'm changing agents , what's the point to have an office if its going to be close?"

"It was time for me to renew my auto policy. I have been a loyal customer of Allstate for over 35 years and I was hesitant to make any changes, but a good friend suggested State Farm and wat a surprise it was. Not only I was able to save money but I discover that my home owners insurance was undervalue. Gene and his team were able to put together not only my auto and home insurance but also and umbrella insurance and with all of that I still saved money and have a peace of mind knowing that I'm protected. "Gene and Kathy Watada have been our State Farm Agents since 1993. Their customer service is always amazing! We've had times when we just send a letter and give Kathy a little info and she gets claims filed for us quickly and efficiently with very little work on our part. We've been so pleased with the service we've received not only from Gene and Kathy, but from claims agents, as well. "I'm new to this area & transferred my State Farm policy from another Denver area agent. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly staff. The day I made the request thru State Farm corporate to initiate the transfer, Gene himself called after hours to confirm the transfer. Lindsey (who is on the front office) called daily to provide a status (several components other than just auto policy involved in the transfer), then arranged a time for us to meet and review the policies. Kathy Watada and Lindsey provided superb service in the review where they made changes to broaden coverage AND saved us money! You will want to do business with Gene and his team!"
